Overview

This 10-piece set from Cangshan Cutlery includes a 9-in. carving knife, a 7-in. santoku knife, an 8-in. chef's knife, an 8-in. bread knife, a 5-in. serrated utility knife, a 2.75-in. peeling knife, a 3.5-in. paring knife, an 8-in. honing steel, 9-in. come-apart shears, adjustable angle knife sharpener and a solid acacia knife block. The L1 Series is a precise and modernistic knife line with a keen edge, perfect balance and an incredibly ergonomic handle. The knives are forged from high-alloy X50CrMoVl5 German steel and go through a meticulous ULTRA6 heat treatment, ensuring that the knives are extraordinarily durable and have exceptional edge retention. An angled bolster accommodates a natural and firm pinch grip on the blade, while flawlessly balancing the distinct, singular mosaic rivet in the stunning white handle. The blades are hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side. Model: 1027532.
