Overview

The Char-Broil Performance 580 Charcoal BBQ Grill utilizes a patented tray that make it easy to control cooking temperature, by creating more efficient burning and less wasted heat. This system empowers you to deliver your desired cooking results without compromising on your grilling experience. The innovative charcoal pan directs airflow over the coals to give you increased control. Four large air dampers give you excellent air and smoke control.

Crank adjustable fire grate: Move your charcoal pan as close to the cooking grate as you want it with the adjustable crank lever.

Side shelf: A handy place for your grilling tools and cooking accessories that doubles as extra workspace while you're cooking.

Cleanout door: Easily remove leftover ash from your firebox with the convenient door. Quick and easy clean-up.

Lid-mounted temperature gauge: Keep track of pre-heat status and monitor the inside temperature of your grill.

Damper: Control the grill temperature by opening and closing the dampers. To burn hotter keep the damper open, to lower the temperature, partially close it.

Locking casters: Two of the grill's four wheels are locking casters, making the grill easy to move and stable once you've locked the wheels in place. Model: 16302038.
