Black Ice 7'2" Medium Spinning Rod Duckett Fishing’s top-tier offering, the Duckett Black Ice Spinning Rods utilize premium materials and high-end components to deliver a carefully refined blend of strength and materials. Specially crafted with military-grade, high-modulus, low resin graphite, the Black Ice Spinning Rods feature a multi-modulus X-Helical construction that delivers increased strength backed by a heightened sensitivity. Utilizing cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, the Black Ice Spinning Rods are built with 2-layers of carbon fiber and half-sanded blanks, which work to reduce overall weight and bolster durability. To extend casting distance, help eliminate insert loss, and optimize performance, the Black Ice Spinning Rods are fitted with proprietary Kigan guides, Zirconia inserts, double-flanged tips, and double-footed/elevated stripper guides. Improving overall connectivity and comfort, the Black Ice Spinning Rods are built with Duckett’s split reel seats, triple A grade cork, and soft EVA fore grips.
