Designed by outdoor enthusiasts, the Mavericks Half Dome Beach Tent provides a clean, shaded space for your beachside outings and sporting events. The Mavericks was created to be a space where you can escape from the heat, and the harsh rays of the sun. Built-in SPF coverage provides peace of mind when out enjoying nature or a day at the soccer field, and its quick and easy install means you can set it up anywhere!

Construction

The Mavericks has been carefully thought out. Built using 190T ripstop polyester, this SPF 30 and waterproof material (600mm PU) will help provide the protection you and your family needs, rain or shine.

Fiberglass poles comprise the frame, and a mixture of fabric sleeves and clips keep everything together. Each corner has a metal D-ring, where included corkscrew ground pegs can be inserted to anchor the tent to the ground. These corkscrew pegs are specifically designed to use on soft surfaces like sand or grass.

At the rear of the tent is a mesh backpacking. This allows for proper air flow, and prevents gusts of wind from being trapped causing the tent to bend or collapse.

Dimensions

Built with ultralight campers and travelers in mind, the Mavericks is made to be as compact and portable as possible while still providing ample space during use. Pair it with the FE Active Weligama Sand Free Blanket to expand your setup and provide protection against the hot sand as you enter the tent.

The tent is tall enough that adults using compact chairs, like the FE Active Noosa Ultralight Camping Chair, can sit comfortably inside without touching the sides or roof.
