Delicately flanked on either side are genuine blue sapphires. The set in includes a matching diamond band made to perfectly fit the engagement ring. The total diamond weight of this set is 1/4 CTW. The inside of the shank holds a secret sapphire next to the "LVU" stamp standing for "Love DeVotion Unity". Style: RB-5720BSA97W0.
